Our water based detergent is manufactured with high purity deionized water and filtered with 0.2 micron filtration system in Class 10K (ISO Class 7) cleanroom condition. We have an extensive array of cleaning and analytical equipment to support customer with cleaning trials with the aim of process optimization.
