Sanding Disc

Nikken sanding discs use vulcanized fiber as the base material. Depending on the work, you can freely choose from hard type (HCA), standard type (FCA), shipbuilding Seam cut-WCA.Pro and Seam cut-WCA.

Product Line-up


Application explanation

HCA: For heavy grinding. Can be used on ship hulls, car bodies, steel plate surfaces, concrete, etc.

FCA: General/standard type. Can be used for rust removal and FRP grinding, etc.

Seam Cut-WCA: By adding mesh to the base material, it achieves high grinding power and high durability. Heavy grinding disc for shipbuilding. Can be used for removing hull block weld beads and preparatory grinding for anti-rust paint.

Available shapes
No center sand (S type) can be manufactured with HCA and seam cut-WCA types.
