Square substrate edge polisher can process the edge parts and corner parts of square substrates diced or laser-cut into C beveling and R shape（round shape).
The machine meets the demands from effective beveling to mirror finishing flexibly by changing the grit size of our abrasive tapes.
Tape polishing can deal with delicate crystal materials or bonded substrates without any problems and do less damage to objects of process.
