Mipox started the service of the Micro-Max series made by Vision Psytec since April 2016.
The Micro-Max series is a defect inspection system for super precision manufacturing process of Hard Disk Drives, LCD and Semiconductor industries. 
Fine defects on surface are emphasized by original optical lighting system. In addition, they are visualized on a monitor with high precision level.
